At the end of the production cycle, after finishing and applying the paint, the parts can be assembled and adjusted with different components (headlights, electrical harness, metal structures, latches, hinges, thermo-acoustic insulators) according to the customer's specification and needs.
All parts can be developed by Polirim as well as delivered by the customer for the assembly of the final set, once the customer has only to adjust and fix the screws so that it is ready for its application.
WORKING WITH METAL AND COMPONENTS
POLIRIM manages to produce and design all the components that will be necessary for the adjustment of the molded parts and thus leave it ready for use according to the customer's specification.
Component usually developed are:
Metal frames or edges, mesh for mounting screen, hinges, acoustic insulation, thermal insulation, locks, sealing, knobs, etc. and much more.
